Avoid the inherent dangers involved with pressure vessels. Pressurised air has previously always been used to spray bitumen emulsion but now with the recent introduction of the SRE Emulsion pump you can avoid having staff and the public exposed to the risk of over pressurised air vessels

Designed for the challenging properties of Bitumen Emulsion this pump includes:

• Honda 4 Stroke Petrol Engine with bitumen seal kit
• Simple 2 Valve operation
• Functions – Circulate, Spray, Hand Lance Suck Back, Diesel Flush
• 2″ Pipe Connections (Supply from Tank and Return to Tank)
• 9m hand lance hose
• 1.8m Hand lance with Single Whirljet (round Fan) or optional 3 nozzle Triple fan
• 20L Diesel Flush Tank and Hose
• Maximum Bitumen Emulsion Temperature 60°C
• Operators Guide included

• Aluminium Box – 980mm Wide x 520mm Deep x 550mm High, Lockable lid with gas struts,Frame for Diesel Tank Flush
• IBC Kit – connects to IBC
